Charles’ journey began on a small, rural Army base in Fort Polk, LA. He then moved to Germany, Colorado, and back to Germany, where he spent most of his time in the town of Würzburg. While there, he developed a passion for soccer and snowboarding. In 2001, he returned to the US and completed high school and college in Alabama, where he graduated with a degree in Informational Sciences from the University of Alabama.
He then moved to London to pursue a career in fashion, marketing, and film making before eventually returning to the US and meeting his wife in New York City. They welcomed their son David in early 2021, amidst the challenges of the pandemic. Charles and his wife are both former soccer players that enjoy watching their local teams, while Charles loves being involved with the local Alumni chapter and enjoying college footballs on fall Saturdays.
Charles Wilson is a rising star in the real estate industry – having started his career in 2018 at one of Nashville’s most prestigious brokerages, Village. After two years of rigorous training with some of Tennessee’s most prolific agents, he then moved onto Bradford Real Estate and became a founding member of the brokerage’s top producing team, The Kupin Group. Charles and the team were able to close over $50M in sales in their first 2 years with Charles’ focus being on first time homebuyers and sellers, especially those navigating long distance transitions. Having toured hundreds of homes himself, he has gained invaluable first-hand experience that he uses to help clients maximize their gains in the challenging COVID market.
In fall 2022, Charles and his family relocated to his wife’s native Westchester County. He is thrilled to bring his passion and focus to thriving Westchester and New York City.
